Does an application create a login immediately?
No. Submitting the application requests access. Our team reviews your business information before creating portal access.
Where can I see prices?
Current customer selling prices are available inside approved accounts. Public product pages describe the options without publishing the price list.
Can I download the price list?
Yes. Approved account users can use Download All Prices on the Pricing page to export the saved customer price list.
Where are lenses delivered?
Completed orders are delivered directly to your optical office. Contact our team about your shipment or order requirements.
What is the turnaround time?
Timing depends on the job and processing requirements. Confirm timing with our team for your specific order; this website does not promise a fixed delivery window.
How do I get help?
